Steve was the supervisor for the installation of the Cold Stone Creamery booth for the ICSC show this week in Las Vegas. As show installation goes, we had various problems that arose needing immediate attention. Not only did Steve see that we were serviced, he also communicated his progress and status throughout the duration of our lengthy setup.

He was even there on the morning of the show opening to do a final wipe down and to check on us one last time. His workers who accompanied him...were simply awesome! They worked hard; they have great attitudes and they continually came back to check on us to see if we were happy. Ryan even took a group photo for us on the first day of the show!
